Refund Policy
At Design By Global, we provide professional digital services including website design, branding, graphic design, consultancy, and related creative work. Each service requires significant time, expertise, and resource allocation.
For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
1. All Payments Are Final
Because our services involve time, skill, and intellectual work, all payments made to Design By Global are non-refundable, including:
Deposits
Upfront payments
Staged payments
Final payments
Rush fees
Additional service charges
Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances, except where required by law.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Client no longer needing the service
Budget changes
Delays caused by the client
Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
Deciding to use another provider
Your payment secures time and resources, not just a final deliverable.
3. No Refunds After Work Has Begun
Once work has started — even if only initial concepts, drafts, or research — refunds are strictly not permitted.
“Work” includes ANY of the following:
Drafts
Research
Strategy planning
Design concepts
Client calls or consultations
Revisions
Backend setup
Technical preparations
If we have allocated time or effort, the project is considered “in progress”.
4. Deposit Policy
Deposits are:
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Used to secure your project slot
Deducted from the total project cost
Failure to continue the project does not entitle the client to a refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
Refunds are not provided in cases where the client:
Fails to provide required information or content
Delays feedback
Does not respond in a timely manner
Changes the scope after work begins
Misses project deadlines
Provides incomplete or unclear instructions
Requests revisions beyond the agreed scope
These are considered client-caused delays, not service failure.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
We strive for high-quality work, but creative services are subjective.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds due to personal dissatisfaction if:
The service was delivered as described
Work was completed to a professional standard
Revisions within the agreed scope were provided
We offer revisions not refunds.
7. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to cancel the project for any reason:
No refunds will be issued
Any unpaid balance for completed work must still be paid
All deposits and payments remain with the seller
If a project is paused for more than 14 days due to client non-response, the project may be marked as completed, with no refunds.
8. Project Termination by Seller
In rare cases, if we terminate the project due to:
Abuse
Unreasonable behaviour
Scope creep
Violation of terms
Illegal or inappropriate requests
We may end the project immediately.
In such cases:
No refunds will be issued
Completed work remains the intellectual property of Design By Global until payment is settled in full
9. Performance & Delivery
We do not guarantee:
Business results
Increased sales or traffic
Performance metrics
Customer outcomes
Future success of your brand or website
Creative and digital services are tools — outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
Attempting to bypass this policy through a chargeback is considered breach of contract.
We reserve the right to:
Provide all evidence to the payment processor
Pursue legal or debt recovery action
Block the client from future services
Recover fees and losses incurred
