2. Payments

Payments must be made according to the invoice terms.

A non-refundable deposit may be required before project commencement.

Delayed or missed payments may affect project timelines or result in paused work.

3. Revisions & Project Scope

All projects include revisions as stated in the proposal.

Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide:

Accurate project information

Timely content, images and branding assets

Feedback within the agreed timeframe

Delays caused by the client may extend project deadlines.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Final approved work becomes the client’s property only after full payment.

All drafts, initial concepts and unused designs remain the intellectual property of Design By Global.

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Website Delivery & Support

Once a website is approved or delivered, any further updates may be billed separately.

We are not responsible for issues relating to hosting, domain, third-party platforms or plugins.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of data, revenue or business caused by downtime or misuse

Issues with third-party tools, software or hosting providers

Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

8. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment will be required for all completed work up to that point.

Deposits are non-refundable.
